Domestic Shipping (Germany)

Orders within Germany are shipped via insured DHL parcel with tracking. Shipping is free of charge. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.

Shipping within the European Union

Shipping to the following EU countries is handled via insured DHL parcel with tracking:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excluding Åland Islands), France (excluding overseas territories), Greece (excluding Mount Athos), Ireland, Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione d’Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (excluding overseas territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

Shipping is free for orders over €500. Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days.

International Shipping

Shipping to the following non-EU countries is also via insured DHL parcel with tracking:
Japan, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand.

Shipping is free for orders over €500. Estimated delivery time: 8–20 business days.

Returns Packaging

If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, please retain the original packaging for the return shipment.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside of Germany, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
