Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more items as part of a single order and they were delivered together,
or
from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they were delivered separately.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Conditions
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must also return the unused edition certificate without delay. No refund will be issued without receipt of the edition certificate. If the edition certificate has been used on the artwork, frame, mounting, or elsewhere, the right of withdrawal expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than our standard, lowest-cost delivery, promptly after receiving and inspecting the returned item. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
You must return the goods in their original packaging without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods usually cannot be returned via regular postal service.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Please note that we are not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by customer negligence. This includes refusal to confirm delivery, or incorrect information such as delivery address, contact number, or recipient name. In such cases, we are unable to offer a refund. If you realize your order information is incorrect, please contact us at hello@breenycollins.com with your order number and the correct details.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products in the shop. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display every color accurately.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. However, you may place a new order and return the original item. Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned package.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it in: unused and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
